- Hear our prayer for the relief of the physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual suffering of brothers and sisters around the world.
- Hear our prayer for a supernatural infusion of wisdom into those we have appointed to govern over the unremarkable affairs of our lives.
- Hear our prayer for new courage to do your will… even in the face of opposition and hardship.
- Hear our prayer that the sharp edges of power might be hammered into the productive edges of plowshares.
- Hear our prayer for gentle rains and warm sunshine to nurture the fragile, green shoots of new life bursting forth all around us.
- Hear our prayer for the birth of a new world, reshaped into the image you intended at the Dawn of Creation.

Thank you for reflecting and praying instead of either freaking out or shouting as so many are doing. I’m sure it’s not in your nature to curse as I see so many doing on social media. We need calm, level heads about us these days. We need men and women who know God. I believe that we cannot look outside of ourselves for the Kingdom of God. We need to create it inside of ourselves before it will manifest itself in our natural world. Let’s pray too that enough people are on board with living Jesus’ life instead of screaming that Jesus is their savior while they attack the Capitol. God help us.
AMEN to everything you said. I continue to believe that prayerfulness and calm will bring us through this moment more effectively than anything else will. May God continue to support and bless you in your ministry.
